Mini T. M. Takes Charge as Executive Director of Indian Bank

Indian Bank has announced that Ms. Mini T. M. has taken charge as Executive Director, effective 24 November 2025.

Ms. Mini brings more than 31 years of diversified banking experience across leadership, risk, credit, corporate business and retail operations. She began her career in 1994 as a Probationary Officer at Federal Bank. She later joined Vijaya Bank as a Financial Analyst, which was subsequently amalgamated with Bank of Baroda. Over the years, she held several strategic and operational roles, rising to the position of Chief General Manager at Bank of Baroda in February 2025.

Her leadership tenure spans responsibilities as Zonal Head across Pune, Bengaluru and New Delhi, along with heading critical corporate functions including Retail Liabilities, Mid-Corporate Relationship Management and PSU Business at the Bank of Baroda corporate office.

An Agriculture graduate, Ms. Mini holds an MBA in Finance, is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certified by GARP, USA. She has also completed the Strategic Leadership for Transforming Tomorrow programme at IIM Ahmedabad.

Indian Bank stated that her wide-ranging experience and strong domain expertise are expected to further strengthen the bank’s executive leadership.

With her deep grounding in risk management and credit discipline, Ms. Mini’s appointment signals Indian Bank’s continued commitment to strengthening its risk-first leadership culture at a time when resilience and governance are central to sustainable growth.
