His mandate includes enhancing operational agility, enabling data-driven decision-making and embedding secure, future-ready systems across the asset management value chain.

Vishal Kapoor, Chief Executive Officer, Bandhan AMC Limited, emphasised that technology is no longer a support function but a strategic growth engine for asset managers. He noted that as the firm deepens its digital and analytics capabilities, Vasa’s track record in leading complex transformation programmes and building high-performance technology environments will be critical to improving efficiency, elevating customer experience and supporting sustainable long-term growth.

With more than 27 years of global experience spanning financial services, insurance and technology organisations, Vasa brings deep expertise in enterprise systems, digital operating models and innovation-led change. At Bandhan AMC, he is expected to leverage emerging technologies to strengthen digital capabilities while ensuring scalability, security and compliance remain core to the architecture.
